Saturday June 1: Kass Melo

Join us to welcome Kass Melo in her MDI debut. She’s a Massachusetts native songwriter and folk vocalist based in Boston and performs earthy, ambient compositions influenced by psychedelic rock and indie genres. Her writing is inspired by nature and the collective human experience. Kass specializes in dreamy, intimate lyric writing that expresses deeper meaning. She graduated Berklee College of Music in 2019 with a double major in Songwriting and Vocal Performance. She is currently recording her debut EP, Sunflower Songs, and is performing locally throughout New England. Check out some of her music here.

Doors open for dinner at 5pm and the music starts at 7pm.  Reservations suggested.


Saturday June 8: The Oshima Brothers

Hold the date - this is a show you will not want to miss. Raised in a musical family in rural Maine and now living on the mid-coast, the brothers have honed a harmony-rich blend of contemporary folk and acoustic pop. Think Milk Carton Kids,The Lumineers, Mandolin Orange.  On stage, Sean and Jamie create a surprisingly full sound with dynamic vocals, electric and acoustic guitars, octave bass, loops, and percussion. Their debut album, "Oshima Brothers," released in 2016, is a collection of 11 original songs written by Sean, and arranged and recorded by Jamie.
